Christopher Dorman, founder of Thread Recruitment, was spending 2-3 hours daily on tedious manual data entry between platforms, risking corruption of their BI data. Overview

This integration connects ManyChat's recruitment chatbot directly to TeamTailor's Applicant Tracking System. When candidates complete the ManyChat form, their data automatically flows into TeamTailor with proper field mapping, tag assignment, and custom field population.

The webhook service, built on Next.js and deployed to Vercel, receives candidate data in real-time, validates and sanitizes it, and syncs it to TeamTailor's API. This eliminates the error-prone manual data entry process and ensures BI data remains clean and accurate.

The result: manual work gone, data quality improved, and 2-3 hours saved daily. Thread Recruitment can now focus on placing candidates instead of copying data between systems.
